2. The Caramilk Freezer Chillers
Here’s a cool idea to try in the heat of summer. The second most popular way to eat Caramilk is chilled until icy hard. Simply pop it in the freezer and wait – if you can!

3. The Caramilk Milkshake Brigade
How can you improve on a classic caramel milkshake? Add a few chunks of Caramilk of course! Just combine vanilla ice cream, milk and Caramilk in a blender or bullet and whizz to creamy caramel perfection.

4. The Caramilk Tea Dunkers
Nothing beats a nice cup of tea – except perhaps a nice cup of tea with a couple of chunks of Caramilk dunked into it. You might be surprised at the number of Kiwis who start and or end their day this way.

5. The Caramilk Toasties
Here’s one to do as a family! Who knew that Caramilk made such a great toastie filling? Just pop a few chunks between a couple of slices of bread and give it a blast in a toastie maker or sandwich press. The kids will love helping make this fun family treat.

6. The Caramilk Coffee Crew
For a home-brewed version of a caramel mocha latte, simply place a couple of squares of Caramilk in your cup before you add the hot coffee. Give it a few seconds to melt, then enjoy the sweet, creamy deliciousness. Or for a fun theatrical take on this place four pips of Caramilk across the rim of your cup and watch it melt into the coffee as the brew pours into your cup.

7. The Caramilk Microwave Melters
And finally, for the purists, Caramilk is of course perfection eaten alone. For an instant caramel sauce, melt it in the microwave for a few seconds, stirring between blasts, then simply scoop it up with a spoon and eat it standing right there in the kitchen – or if you’re feeling fancy, pour it over some vanilla ice cream.
